Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Compilation and analysis of documentation for the development of the strategy of the assigned projects.
• Elaboration of the technical and economic planning of the assigned projects.
• Management and team control of assigned projects.
• Manage, supervise and negotiate EPC contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. During the execution of the project, ensure compliance with the procedures.
• Work closely with the purchasing department for the optimization and supervision of resources.
• Ensure that the project is executed on time and according to the approved budget, complying with technical, safety, and environmental criteria.
• Management of communications with clients, administrators, and audits.
• Payment and collection management.
• Follow-up of the progress and quality of the work during all phases of execution, implementing strategies for the prevention and resolution of problems.
• Evaluation report and final closure.
