Customer Relations and Space Manager in a Touristic Rentals Organization and Coworking Office in Seville, Spain

Our partner is a touristic apartments and rentals organization and the first coworking space created in Seville, Spain.

As a popular destination in Spain, they host international customers and are currently developing a business expansion plan. They seek candidates to support their growth and enhance customer relations.

Responsibilities

Customer relations and administration

  • Assist the customer relations team with check-ins and check-outs at the office and apartments.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Draft product descriptions.
  • Support the business development team.
  • Create content for social media.
  • Communicate with clients.
  • Implement new OTAs and channel managers.
  • Handle finance and payments.
  • Address and resolve problems.
  • Assist with organizational and administrative tasks.
  • Participate in sales activities.
  • Manage digital communication channels.
  • Coordinate and organize events.

Space management in a coworking office

  • Open or close the office.
  • Perform reception duties : learn sales techniques, guide new clients.
  • Ensure the office is well-equipped : internet, materials, etc.
  • Respond to inquiries, prepare simple budgets if needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks : document filing, invoice digitization, printing.
  • Manage social media content and editorial calendar.
  • Support internal communication within the coworking space.
  • Engage with members, understand their needs, and gather feedback.
  • Requirements

  • Outgoing and personable personality.
  • Enjoy engaging with people.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Basic Spanish skills.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Minimum commitment of 3 months.
