Hudson RPO is seeking a multilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in support of a global manufacturing client In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and secure top talent.
You will be supporting a high-performing recruitment team where fluency in German, Turkish, and English is essential to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders across regions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle , from job briefing to offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring needs
- Proactively source and engage talent using various tools and platforms
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong matches for roles
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process
Requirements :
Fluency in German, Turkish, and English (written and spoken)Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment , preferably within RPO or in-house environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working in a multinational or remote team environmentAbility to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to changing prioritiesPrior experience recruiting in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plusWhat We Offer :
