Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead solution design and implementation, ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints. May act as a team lead, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop team members' skills. Effectively consults with customer management and participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

Reporting to the Project Manager / Director, the Senior Principal Consultant works with technical and functional experts in financial services to deploy Oracle solutions such as Enterprise Risk, Finance, Performance Management, and Financial Crime & Compliance. Responsibilities include :

• Providing strategic technical support to ensure high customer satisfaction, requiring deep knowledge of Oracle products, accounting practices, and customer service skills.
• Communicating technical issues clearly, managing customer issues, and maintaining dashboard metrics through excellent time management and communication skills.
• Serving as an expert in troubleshooting complex technical problems, staying current with product updates, and possessing knowledge of Cloud, SaaS, IaaS, networking, server architectures, Windows, and Unix systems.
• Researching and editing knowledge base articles, contributing to Oracle’s knowledge resources, and mentoring junior analysts.
• Creating automation tools to assist with service requests, including scripting and coding to streamline customer support processes.
• Analyzing customer requirements, performing developments, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Documenting activities per standards, adhering to change control and compliance requirements.
• Supporting financial services projects globally, including installation, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting of Oracle applications and patches.
• Investigating data lineage, optimizing batch processes, supporting production runs, and collaborating with Oracle Support on Service Requests.
