Requirements :

1–2 years of experience in a similar position;
Prior work experience in the banking, payment processing, or credit card industry is highly valued;
Comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms underlying fiat transactions;
Knowledge or work experience with AML fiat provider;
Attention to detail, meticulousness, non-standard approach to problem-solving;
Analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues;
Ability to work with Google Docs, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.

Responsibilities :

Work in AML fiat provider, update and create new rules;

Handling chargeback situations. Increase win rate, taking responsibility regarding the not-resolved / lost requests;

Identify, investigate and analyze high-risk transactions;

Operating data to identify any suspicious transactions and connections between customers;

Analyze customer transactional behavior, identify patterns;

Handling inquiries from NDA.
