A top-tier, VC-backed SaaS company valued at $1B+ is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their European sales team. This role involves selling into organizations with €1B+ revenue, managing complex, high-value sales cycles with some of the largest organizations across Spain and neighboring regions.
The position offers significant earning potential, with top global representatives earning over €1M annually. You will work with elite leadership backed by top-tier VCs and led by proven SaaS operators with a strong sales playbook.
Responsibilities include :
- Owning and driving the full sales cycle, engaging senior stakeholders across enterprise organizations.
- Managing long, complex sales processes involving multiple decision-makers and procurement layers.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline through proactive outbound activity, supported by BDRs and marketing.
- Contributing to the development of the European GTM strategy and sales culture.
- Utilizing leading sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.) to run a high-performing, data-driven process.
- Building trusted relationships with C-level executives and helping define the sales motion across Southern Europe.
Requirements :
3+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive in a SaaS environment.Experience working with DevOps, engineering, or infrastructure teams.Comfortable executing a structured sales playbook within a high-performance team.Strong understanding of MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies.Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.This is a strategic, high-value sales role offering the opportunity to shape the Southern Europe sales organization, sell into leading enterprises, and accelerate your career alongside elite leadership.
