About the Opportunity

RomeoDev is collaborating with a global telecommunications leader to deliver a critical IT transformation project. As IT Senior Manager , you will lead multidisciplinary teams, define strategic roadmaps, and work closely with senior client stakeholders. This is a high-impact role with visibility at both the technical and business level.

  • Lead the IT strategy and execution for our client.
  • Oversee full-cycle software development (Agile SDLC), ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Manage distributed teams across Development, QA, Infrastructure, and DevOps, with a focus on delivery excellence.
  • Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud migration, automation, and architectural redesign.
  • Define and implement IT governance, process optimization, and compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Collaborate with business units to align technology with operational goals and product delivery.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, budgets, and risk management in collaboration with the client's executive teams.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 3 years in managerial roles leading technical teams.
  • Background in enterprise-level software development and systems integration.
  • Strong understanding of microservices, CI / CD, DevOps culture, and cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Proven leadership in Agile environments, managing cross-functional teams and technology roadmaps.
  • Ability to influence decision-making at senior executive levels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, multicultural enterprise setting.
