Account Manager - DACH (German speaking)
We are seeking a German-speaking Account Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth within existing accounts in the DACH region. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our high standards of customer support, ensuring clients are wowed with excellent service, and navigating a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. A curiosity for business travel and a willingness to work hard are essential.
What You Will Do
- Manage a portfolio of SMB customers in the DACH market, fostering high engagement.
- Act as the main advocate for TravelPerk within your clients and vice versa, addressing issues and educating on new features.
- Deeply understand your clients' business goals within the travel industry to tailor solutions and educational strategies.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of TravelPerk products to understand the customer journey fully.
- Identify and resolve common issues proactively, developing strategies to prevent recurring problems.
What We Would Like
