At the beginning of the year, OLX created a Senior Technical Program Management discipline to oversee the portfolio of OLX Group programs across all business units, providing global visibility to leadership. This team manages programs with global scope for compliance, security, or operations that transcend any single business unit, creating governance mechanisms, ways of working, and prioritization across the Group. This includes strategic portfolio management tools, program review formats, and decision-making processes to maximize investments.

The role can be hired in Poland (Poznan, Warszawa or remote), Portugal (Lisbon or remote), or Spain (Barcelona or remote).

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale cross-functional programs through design, development, and market launch across all European OLX classified products.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product leaders across the Group and business units to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Prioritize programs, develop schedules, track dependencies, manage stakeholders.
  • Manage programs to success, mitigate risks, communicate status, and provide visibility.
  • Establish and apply a governance framework across business units and functions for decision making.
  • Track program performance using success metrics, anticipate risks, resolve issues, and adjust as needed.
  • Manage a portfolio of programs using tools and analytics to meet business goals.
  • Work closely with the CTO and leadership team.

Profile & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in software program management, managing significant cross-functional projects in mid-size or large companies.
  • Experience operating at scale with global teams and products.
  • Experience working directly with executive teams.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience developing or applying governance frameworks for decision making.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience as a Product Manager or Software Engineer.

  • Engineering and Product Leaders – daily engagement on program delivery.
  • The TPM team collaborates with OLX executive leaders.
  • Business unit CTO and CPO leadership for governance and goal alignment.
  • Executive management team for quarterly reviews.
  • Finance leaders for planning, costs, and ROI tracking.
