The Role :
- Drive different department teams and external producers for development and delivery of bespoke brand events communicating to the team any and all priorities deadlines developments and decisions made involving key senior staff as needed
- Negotiate contracts with venues third party vendors and talent
- Be responsible for accurate and timely budgeting and reconciliation of events. Maximize & monitor opportunities for increasing value adds savings and cost efficiencies
- Work with the Project Management team to ensure client expectations and standards are met
- Complete risk assessments where necessary
- Be knowledgeable of Spain best practices and new destinations / venues suppliers and services
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients suppliers & internal stakeholders
- Be proactive with ideas and creative solutions actively participating in regular team meetings and brainstorms related to brand events
- Provide support in relation to event production for other teams as required
- Knowledge on digital marketing
