Responsibilities
- Active sourcing for candidates on different platforms.
- Publish open vacancies on various platforms.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from CV screening to final hiring, ensuring the best candidate experience across departments.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of international recruiting trends and best practices.
Your profile
At least 6 months of experience in recruitment processes at various levels.Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.Successful track record of closing vacancies.Results-oriented with a focus on timely and high-quality closures.Proficient in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.Why us?
