EU Project Manager - Hybrid Position in Madrid

Join our team long-term as an EU Project Manager in Madrid. Salary range : €26,000 - €32,000, depending on experience and suitability.

  • Junior level with 12 years of relevant experience, including internships.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (C2 level), both oral and written.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, graphics, filters, and basic formulas.
  • Background in business, economy, or finance.
  • At least 12 years of experience in EU project management, specifically Horizon Europe, CBEJU, LIFE, with financial and technical reporting expertise.
  • International professional or educational experience.

    Key Tasks

    Assist in financial and technical management of EU projects, including Horizon Europe LIFE CBEJU. Responsibilities include :

  • Financial reporting across multiple partners in the EU.
  • Overall financial project management, expense tracking, and internal reviews.
  • Preparation and management of Grant Agreements and Amendments.
  • Review of deliverables and active monitoring of performance indicators.
  • Development of specific tasks within Work Packages.
