Job Title : Senior Frontend Engineer / Front-End Tech Lead

Duration : 12 months contract

Location : 100% remote (EU)

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a small front-end development team, currently comprising junior developers based in the US.
Take ownership of project requirements, translating them into actionable tasks and effectively communicating them to the team.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Develop full applications from scratch, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
Implement and advocate for best practices in UI / UX design, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Integrate AI tools such as Cursor, Bolt, and ChatGPT into the development workflow to enhance efficiency and output.
Provide technical leadership and guidance, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Demonstrate resilience under pressure, effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

5-7 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a proven track record of technical leadership.

Strong experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Tools and Technologies :

Proficiency in Next.js 14+ for building server-rendered React applications.

Strong expertise in TypeScript for developing robust and type-safe applications.

Extensive experience with Tailwind CSS for creating responsive and visually appealing designs (experience with Shadcn is a bonus).

Familiarity with AI tools like Cursor, Bolt, and ChatGPT for enhancing development workflows.
