What to expect as a consultant

• Your core tasks will include the responsibility for the implementation and support of customer projects in the area of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central including integration with thirdparty systems and the associated data migration from legacy systems
• You will analyze the customer situation and implement customerspecific requirements with the SuccessFactors solution
• You will be involved in all project phases from the initial workshops to implementation and support after golive
• Conduction of customer workshops and user training
• Supporting the presales process with technical expertise and product demos of SAP Employee Central to demonstrate the potential for digital transformation in HR
• Actively participate with our experts in the development of innovative implementation strategies and drive the optimization of SF systems to support our clients digital HR strategy
• Collaborate with other consulting teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central into existing system landscapes and create a centralized digital HR platform
