Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content including photos, videos, and written copy to highlight properties, community events, and company culture.
• Produce high-quality videos using cameras, drones, gimbals, and studio equipment provided by the company.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with marketing objectives.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages, and actively engage with followers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and content creation to optimize strategy.
