This is a 100% remote role , open to candidates in Germany, Spain, Portugal, or the U.K. .

Your Profile

You are a perfect fit if you bring :

  • A strategic, results-oriented mindset with a drive for innovation and ownership of ambitious goals
  • Experience with SEO : understanding its strategy, user behavior, and SEO processes
  • Proven experience converting organic traffic into users or buyers and understanding their behavior
  • Deep knowledge of conversion rate optimization, A / B testing, and crafting high-impact call-to-action strategies
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools to derive insights and inform data-driven decisions
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams and fostering collaboration
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and promote cross-functional teamwork
  • A passion for creating meaningful online experiences aligned with YAZIO’s mission and values

    • Your Mission

    As the Lead Product Manager for our web squad, you will :

  • Design and implement innovative conversion funnels to guide visitors toward app adoption, collaborating with and mentoring a Senior PM
  • Identify and experiment with new CRO opportunities, driving sign-ups and downloads through creative, user-focused solutions
  • Lead initiatives to maximize SEO visibility, attract quality traffic, and engage users
  • Collaborate with localization experts, copywriters, and nutritionists to create compelling content
  • Use A / B testing and analytics to optimize site design and user experience for better conversion rates
  • Analyze performance data and communicate insights to stakeholders, aligning with business goals
  • Mentor and inspire your team, fostering a culture of innovation and success
  • Manage and develop a team of Product Managers
  • Provide interim line management for web product designers, collaborating with Product Design leadership
