Junior – Interior Designer Ff&E

We are a leading Interior Design, Architectural and Engineering firm specialising in High-End Residential and Hospitality interiors in the Middle East and Europe. Our work epitomizes creativity, producing customised designs with meticulous attention to detail and unprecedented lead times.

We are looking for a Junior – Interior Designer FF&E to join our FF&E (Furniture Fixtures & Equipment) Team in Madrid.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Assist in creating mood boards, material palettes, and high-quality design presentations using InDesign, Photoshop, and PowerPoint for client proposals.
• Produce specification schedules for FF&E, including furniture, lighting, and decorative elements.
• Research, source, and specify FF&E items, ensuring they align with project budgets and client requirements.
• Upload and manage FF&E specifications on Fohlio or other specification software.
• Liaise with suppliers to request samples, pricing, and availability updates.
• Select and propose suitable furniture based on project requirements.
• Ensure all design work and specifications are meticulously detailed and accurately documented.
• Organize and maintain an efficient digital library of project files, supplier catalogues, and material samples.
• Collaborate effectively with Senior and Midweight Designers to ensure smooth workflow.
