Schedule : Fulltime Monday to Friday

Your Role at a Glance

As an Engagement Manager youll be a key player in onboarding and guiding independent software vendors (ISVs) through their journey from initial contact to activation and growth in a digital marketplace. You will :

Guide ISVs through onboarding and explain the value of the commercial marketplace

Initiate technical consultations and GoToMarket planning sessions

Manage and track ISV progress and support them to meet publication milestones

Maintain proactive communication via email and oneonone meetings

Troubleshoot programrelated challenges

Promote events initiatives and content to drive engagement

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful ISV activation

What You Bring to the Team

Were looking for an empathetic and techsavvy communicator who thrives in a multicultural environment. You should have :

Language Skills : Nativelevel or fluent German with advanced English

Education : Bachelors in Business Marketing IT or related field

Experience :

2 years in sales / marketing

1 year in account management

1 year in the IT industry

Skills :

Strong sales techniques and relationship management

Experience with CRM and cloud technologies

Excellent verbal and written communication

Knowledge of Office 365 Outlook and virtual meeting tools

Bonus : Passion for tech and the digital marketplace
