Project Director

The Project Director will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of major projects across Spain, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations. This leadership role requires a balance of high-level operational oversight, client-relationship management, and team development, with full accountability for project outcomes, commercial success, and in-country operations.

Madrid (or project-based across Spain)

EDUCATION

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

Master's degree or MBA preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 15 years' experience in large-scale project delivery.

At least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.

Proven track record of managing high-value hospitality, infrastructure, or mixed-use developments.

Demonstrable experience operating within or leading projects in Spain (or Iberian markets).

SKILLS / CORE COMPETENCIES

Strategic leader with strong business acumen and commercial awareness.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.

Proficient in project management software, budget forecasting tools, and reporting systems.

Extensive understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills, capable of identifying and resolving challenges.

Culturally intelligent with the ability to lead diverse teams across geographies and disciplines.
