Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to grow VT Markets' client base. The Business Development Manager will be required to handle the day-to-day tasks associated with the role such as generating leads, analyzing and assessing market trends, networking with potential clients, and working closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Identifying new leads for expansion and developing new ways to grow businesses by identifying needs within the FX industry.
• Business development and expansion of our portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners.
• Maintaining contact with clients / partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining your own portfolio of clients.
• Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to clients promptly.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly targets.
• Training and support will be provided.
