We target the logistics industry which relies heavily on communication to book check on & pay for freight. Primarily working with freight brokers 3PLs freight forwarders shippers warehouses & other supply chain enterprises and tech startups.

We raised a Series A round from a16z and YC and were growing very fast on track to hit double digit ARR by June this year.

Role Overview

Were looking for a Strategy & Operations Analyst to support daytoday business operations by analyzing data identifying inefficiencies and optimizing workflows.

What Youll Do :

Analyze operational data to identify trends inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Assist in process optimization workflow automation and operational efficiency.

Support crossfunctional teams with datadriven insights and reporting.

Maintain and update internal dashboards reports and documentation.

Help streamline internal processes across finance sales procurement and customer support.

Collaborate with teams to improve business operations and efficiency.

Assist in project management and of strategic initiatives.

Support contract management and procurement workflows ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Contribute to gotomarket operations by improving coordination between sales finance and legal teams.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity in operational systems.

Must have

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (SQL Python or BI tools are a plus).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
