Duties and Responsibilities
- Shape data architecture roadmaps, identifying scope, prioritization, delivery timelines, and addressing technical debt.
- Produce architectural solutions encompassing technology, services, security, license management, high-level architecture, and technical designs aligned with enterprise standards.
- Review and ensure the quality of solutions to meet business requirements and strategic vision.
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and propose designs to advance them, supporting quick wins and business benefits.
- Support integration and functional testing, ensuring compliance, security, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure service design outcomes meet quality standards and client delivery expectations.
- Contribute as a leader within Omega's communities of practice through thought leadership, training, and mentoring.
Experience and Skills
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or similar role.Strong knowledge of platform functionality, development, and solutions architecture.Experience managing project lifecycles, collaborating with vendors and external teams.Ability to interpret vendor proposals and advocate for cost-effective solutions.Proficiency in English.Experience gathering business requirements and understanding client processes.Proficiency in core technologies related to the applications implemented.Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to enhance services and customer experience.What We Offer
