The role of Business Analyst is a vital one in our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions.

  • Participate in client meetings to clarify scope and gather requirements with stakeholders.
  • Generate functional / technical analysis from customer definitions on User Stories.
  • Model processes and workflows using tools like UML and BPMN.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional specifications are correctly translated into practical solutions.
  • Support development / testing teams to implement and test agreed-upon solutions.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate validation of implemented developments.
  • Create detailed documentation and user manuals for designed processes.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a technical field.
  • Strong understanding of insurance industry operations, including underwriting, claims, and policy administration.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence.
