Product Success Manager (Strategic Customer Success)

Hi there!

We are Semrush, a global tech company developing a platform for digital marketers.

We are hiring for the position of Product Success Manager (Strategic Customer Success) .

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building : Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including senior marketing executives, marketing operations teams, and tech / SEO teams. Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic recommendations to maximize Semrush's impact.
  • Service and Renewal Support : Support strategic CSMs in renewal and expansion strategies, ensuring delivery of high-quality service.
  • Drive Customer Value : Collaborate with customer stakeholders to create workflows that demonstrate the value of Semrush features, helping customers meet marketing objectives.
  • Executive Business Reviews : Conduct regular reviews to demonstrate ROI, provide insights, and discuss new products and solutions.
  • Customer Advocacy : Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for improvements based on feedback and industry insights.
  • Onboarding & Implementation : Develop customized onboarding plans and provide support to promote Semrush’s mission.
  • Problem Solving : Partner with internal teams to resolve customer challenges and track performance through reports.

Qualifications

  • 4-6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, especially with enterprise clients in MarTech or SaaS.
  • Experience with platforms like BrightEdge, Conductor, Botify, SimilarWeb, etc.
  • Proven stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing technologies.
  • Ability to analyze data for insights.
  • Nice to Have

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly.
