Product Success Manager (Strategic Customer Success)

We are hiring for the position of Product Success Manager (Strategic Customer Success) .
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building : Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including senior marketing executives, marketing operations teams, and tech / SEO teams. Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic recommendations to maximize Semrush's impact.
- Service and Renewal Support : Support strategic CSMs in renewal and expansion strategies, ensuring delivery of high-quality service.
- Drive Customer Value : Collaborate with customer stakeholders to create workflows that demonstrate the value of Semrush features, helping customers meet marketing objectives.
- Executive Business Reviews : Conduct regular reviews to demonstrate ROI, provide insights, and discuss new products and solutions.
- Customer Advocacy : Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for improvements based on feedback and industry insights.
- Onboarding & Implementation : Develop customized onboarding plans and provide support to promote Semrush’s mission.
- Problem Solving : Partner with internal teams to resolve customer challenges and track performance through reports.
Qualifications
4-6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, especially with enterprise clients in MarTech or SaaS.Experience with platforms like BrightEdge, Conductor, Botify, SimilarWeb, etc.Proven stakeholder relationship skills.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Deep understanding of digital marketing technologies.Ability to analyze data for insights.Nice to Have
