Graphic Designer Do you combine creativity with a passion for sports? At Tennium, we are looking for a proactive and talented graduate in Communication Design or Graphic Design who is eager to grow and make a real impact. You will join our Design, Sales and Sponsorship teams, playing a key role in the day-to-day development and implementation of our Sales and Brand Image strategy. An interest in the world of sport is essential — and if you’re a tennis fan, even better! ABOUT THE ROLE
- A senior graphic designer working closely with the Sales and Partnerships teams
- Design and develop presentations for sponsors and partners, aligned with strategic goals
- Create visual reports and recap materials for sponsors
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency
- Deliver visual assets for commercial proposals, brand activations, and event presentations
- Translate strategic briefs into clear, engaging, and results-oriented visuals
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Tennium’s visual identity in the commercial field
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and delivering on time
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work across international markets WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design or a related field
- 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience creating impactful presentations in PowerPoint, Prezi or similar tools
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; After Effects is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
- Ability to clearly present and explain design concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholders
- Strong computer literacy, excellent visual judgement and solid knowledge of communication design
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt designs to different audiences and brand guidelines
- Ability to adapt visual outputs to client needs and strategic objectives
- Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments
- Knowledge of branding, storytelling, visual strategy, and AI-based design tools and applications
- Solid understanding of typography and editorial composition NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in the sports industry
- Additional European languages
