Enterprise Business Intelligence Specialist

Sentinel is collaborating with a prominent pharmaceutical client to fill a challenging position for a seasoned Qlik Sense Architect. This individual will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, leveraging extensive expertise in BI solution design, development, and implementation.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, technical knowledge, and experience in managing complex BI projects. They will work closely with various IT and data teams to integrate coherent data sources, maintain data quality across platforms, and oversee unit testing and user acceptance testing to ensure robust and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and architect end-to-end BI solutions using Qlik Sense, focusing on data modeling, scripting, and complex visualizations.
• Establish best practices and frameworks to optimize ETL processes and overall system performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior Qlik Sense developers, managing project plans, allocating tasks, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee the gradual migration of existing BI applications from Qlik Sense to Power BI, applying experience with both platforms to ensure a smooth transition.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, creating clear project scopes, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals, manage expectations, and communicate progress effectively.
• Work closely with various IT and data teams to integrate coherent data sources and maintain data quality across platforms.
