Job Description

• Working with Claims Managers and Claims Handlers to review high-value and complex claims (including litigation claims) as part of a development plan.
• Always following applicable claims reserving philosophy and claims standards with appropriate referrals. Managing multiple cases with confidence and accuracy and responding well to meeting targets and tight deadlines.
• Experienced in stakeholder management, both internal (underwriting, distribution, actuarial, finance, and executive management) and external (brokers and clients).
• Handling claims systems and data entry in the policy management system.
• Structured and transparent document management.
• Payment processing and bookings.
• Processing clarification inquiries.
• Participation in process analyses and optimizations.
• Internal reporting.
• Special tasks (e.g. project tasks, creation / processing of work instructions for claims processing).
• Always maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
