We are seeking an experienced Marketing Cloud Specialist to support our business goals by developing and executing marketing automation communications that support the customer journey from lead generation to sales and retention across Europe.

As part of the EU Marketing team, your focus will be on multi-channel marketing automation, ensuring brand consistency and measurable marketing effectiveness. You will develop European-wide marketing activities related to customer lifecycle, activation, and campaigns. You will collaborate with another EU Marketer and the broader marketing team, working closely with the Salesforce EU team, Business Solution Hub, and country marketers.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and CRM to develop email templates, Cloud pages, and multi-channel journeys in Journey Builder, leveraging insights into customer digital behavior and relevant segments for targeted campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and recommend improvements to enhance customer engagement and conversions.
  • Support Data Cloud architecture and data models, conduct system audits, and collaborate on data feeds and integrations.
  • Assist in training users, creating tutorials, and promoting Salesforce best practices across the organization.
  • Coordinate with third-party agencies to optimize processes and functionalities.
  • Proactively support automation of customer communications and establish processes supporting customer touchpoints along the journey.
  • Stay updated with latest trends in marketing automation and digital marketing.

Knowledge and Experience :

  • Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MC Admin, MC Consultant, MC Specialist).
  • Proven experience with Data Cloud, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and other Salesforce tools, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in B2B marketing supporting sales and customer journeys.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM, and data-driven marketing segmentation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and experience working remotely in multicultural environments.
  • Ability to design processes, facilitate user adoption, and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, organized, and deadline-driven.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and adapt based on feedback.
  • Proactive, responsible, flexible, and able to solve problems independently.
