As Development Director for Spain you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth of Accors diverse hotel brand portfolio in one of Europes most exciting markets. This strategic position involves identifying new development opportunities leading negotiations and nurturing strong relationships with key industry players such as owners investors and partners.

What will you do

  • Drive development opportunities across Spain leading projects from initial contact to signed agreements
  • Establish and grow relationships with key stakeholders including investors consultants and legal advisors
  • Manage the negotiation process for management franchise and joint venture agreements in collaboration with legal and technical teams
  • Design and implement strategic growth plans aligned with local market dynamics and Accors global priorities
  • Represent Accor at industry forums and events promoting our brands and identifying new leads

Qualifications :

Our ideal profile would be :

  • Degree in Hospitality Business Real Estate or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in hotel development investment real estate or a closely related field
  • Solid understanding of the Spanish hospitality and real estate markets
  • Proven experience in sourcing deals financial structuring and negotiating hotel contracts
  • Well-established network within the Spanish hotel and investment sectors
  • Strong communication interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
