Team and Role Overview

Stripe’s Professional Services team works with strategic users, managing high-visibility projects to provide technical expertise, solution design, and integrations. This role involves leading strategic conversations and developing plans to transform payments infrastructure for enterprises. We are establishing a new team in Madrid, serving the EMEA region and expanding in the Iberian market.

What You’ll Do

As an Implementation Consultant, you will lead prospective clients through Stripe’s integration process, ensuring a smooth transition and customer satisfaction.

• Manage the full implementation cycle from signed contract to live deployment for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Develop and project manage customer integration strategies, plans, and timelines.
• Contribute to process improvements and scaling efforts.
• Maintain client relationships and engage in technical and business discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft tailored solutions.
• Help develop scalable deployment processes for global sales teams.
• Support the establishment of Stripe’s regional office, fostering culture and practices.

Work Model and Compensation

Hybrid work model with at least 50% in-office presence. Salary ranges from €60,000 to €90,000, depending on location and experience, with additional benefits like equity, bonuses, health, and wellness stipends.
