Descripción del trabajoBachelor degree or above. 3-7 years of work experience, overseas HR work experience is preferred. Priority will be given to those with experience in system construction and project management related to HR operations. Chinese and English can be used as a working language, holding third foreign language is preferred. Be proficient in using office software and have good communication skills.
We are seeking an experienced Global HR Operations Specialist to join our team.
Job Description :
- Responsible for the human resources operations of local employees in overseas areas and Chinese expatriate employees (including but not limited to transfers, contract management, file management, non-cash benefits, local supplier docking, etc).
- Built and formulated human operation plans, work processes, and service standards to ensure legal compliance, efficient processes, and good employee experience.
- Implementation of the group's human resources policies and procedures overseas locally.
- Initiated and led overseas human resources projects and continuously improved human resources operations.
- HR system data maintenance and digitalization support.
