As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering enterprise cloud technology solutions built upon the Salesforce CRM platform and related technologies. Our Salesforce Business Analysts handle various tasks including requirements gathering, Salesforce configuration, testing, training, and post-deployment support. You will work alongside product managers and developers to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions while enhancing your skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Gather, understand, and define business requirements with stakeholders
  • Develop user stories and process flows to support Salesforce solution design
  • Collaborate with team members to design solutions that meet business needs
  • Support Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
  • Work with developers to test and verify solutions meet requirements
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings, demos, UAT, and training sessions

Successful Candidates Have :

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to develop business solutions
  • Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce, including workflows and security
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a collaborative environment
  • Flexibility and a proactive attitude to complete tasks
  • Desire to learn and grow technical and functional skills
