• Leading and delivering Board transformation projects focused on consolidation, reporting, disclosure, and compliance.
• Designing and configuring solutions to support financial and business processes using Board software.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Managing large-scale Board projects, developing teams, and providing implementation support.
• Assisting clients in adopting and utilizing Board software effectively, including training and documentation.
• Managing client portfolios and designing Board models to ensure optimal performance.
