Join Our Team as a Welding Engineer at EBRO Factory!
At EBRO , we are building the future of sustainable mobility and industrial manufacturing. To support our production and innovation goals, we’re looking for a talented Welding Engineer to join our team and lead welding operations, process optimization, and technical quality assurance.
Your Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and optimize welding processes and parameters for production lines.
- Validate welding joints, materials, and equipment according to automotive and industrial standards.
- Create and manage WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications) and WPQR (Procedure Qualification Records) .
- Perform audits, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions on welding quality issues.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to ensure product integrity and process feasibility.
- Support training and qualification of welding operators.
- Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 3834 , IATF 16949 , and EN / ASME norms .
What You Bring
Degree in Mechanical Engineering , Materials Engineering , or similar.Certified Welding Engineer (IWE / EWE) or equivalent is highly valued.3 years of experience in industrial welding processes (MIG / MAG, spot welding, resistance welding, etc.).Familiarity with robotic welding systems and automated production environments.Knowledge of metallic materials , joining technologies and destructive / non-destructive testing (NDT).Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.Fluent in English and Spanish.Why Join EBRO?
