You will be part of a mixed agile team comprising designers, developers, and testers.Responsibilities / Tasks- Utilize statistical techniques and data mining methodologies to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate requirements into technical specifications and data models.- Contribute to database design, including data collection mechanisms, data warehousing, and integration strategies.- Work closely with IT teams to ensure infrastructure supports data analytics capabilities.- Create insightful reports and dashboards to communicate findings and metrics.- Present findings clearly to stakeholders.Qualifications- 5+ years of IT experience with hands-on data analysis, business analysis, or reporting.- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.- Experience with ETL tools and Power BI.- Experience with Azure Data services (Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse).- Strong skills in DBT for data transformation.- Understanding of data modeling and database design.Soft Skills- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Experience working in a global, virtual team environment.- Fluent English communication skills.Additional InformationWe offer :
