We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our business development efforts across Spain. This exciting role will focus on driving new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and overseeing a small team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify new business opportunities by researching the Spanish market, industry trends, and potential clients in need of tech talent.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with our goals for permanent and contract staffing.
- Lead the sales process from initial contact through to contract closure, including negotiating rates and terms for both permanent and contract placements.
Requirements :
3 years of experience in an Account Manager or Business Development role within a staffing or consultancy firm, particularly in the IT & Tech sector.Tech-savvy with experience managing both permanent and contract staffing solutions.Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
