The role :

We’re looking for an UI designer to join our team and making sure our products and tools are our clients’ favorites.

Your key responsibilities :

• Design System Management : Own and maintain the UI design system across three products, ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability in all product interfaces.
• Collaboration : Work closely with Product Designers and Developers, to integrate design components, patterns, and styles seamlessly across all platforms. Working on a daily basis with different teams to get a common approach on our products’ suite.
• Component Libraries : Develop, update, and manage reusable design components, ensuring they are easy to implement and align with best practices for accessibility, development, and user experience.
• UI Design Support : Provide design support and guidance to ensure products adhere to the design system, offering feedback and solutions to enhance product interfaces.
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and guidelines for design components and patterns, ensuring clear instructions for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Consistency and Quality Control : Act as the guardian of UI consistency, auditing products regularly and ensuring the design system is applied correctly across different product teams.
• User-Centric Design : Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring that the design system evolves based on user feedback, analytics, and testing.
• Key bridge : Be a key bridge between the two teams to make sure a good handoff is made
