Descripción del trabajoAre bilingual or proficient in Portuguese and have an advanced level of English. Have two years of related technical sales experience preferred. Are familiar with channel programs. Have excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written). Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork / collaboration, motivation, and time / work prioritization. Can demonstrate innovation and good judgment / problem-solving skills when making decisions. Can establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals. Have experience in working in a Channel environment, knowledge of partners and distributors. Full-time 39 hours / week permanent contract : Monday to Friday 9 : 00 - 18 : 00. Salary 22.100 euros gross / year + up to 3200 euros gross / year in bonus. Central location in Barcelona. Bring-a-friend (referral) bonus opportunities. Full paid training on the company and the project you'll be working on. Career development programs and specialized courses.

What you will do in this role
As an Account Manager on our team, you will :
- Be responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deal rate.
- Understand partner market and competition and evaluate reseller interest.
- Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certification in BU products.
- Ensure partners are taking advantage of promotions, events & programs.
- Work together with partners to drive revenue for BU via campaigns, opportunity identification, and closure.
- Detect and provide transparency of qualified opportunities and take actions to close them with partners.
- Support partners to close big deals when necessary.
- Work closely with telemarketing, end-user sales teams, and other key resources to maximize revenue and customer / partner satisfaction.
- Monitor execution of partner marketing plan, investment, and co-marketing activities review and proposal.
- Attend country partner events for meeting key partners.
